Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Mystic Mouthpiece items for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from odors, stains, or damage
- Accompanied by original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items with removed tags
- Items returned after 30-day window
- Custom or personalized orders
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at karen_riddell@yahoo.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely and attach the prepaid return label. Drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item is defective)
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
Exchanges
We gladly exchange items for:
- Different sizes
- Different designs of equal or lesser value
- Store credit for higher-value items
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately with photos
- We'll provide a prepaid return label
- Full refund or replacement will be provided
- Original shipping costs will be refunded
International Returns
We do not currently accept returns from international addresses.
